See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.  1 John 3:1  NIV

Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered.   Hebrews 5:8   

He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”  Revelation 21:5  NIV

 Let your gentleness be evident to all.  The Lord is near.    Philippians 4:5

 He has saved us and called us to a holy life - not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace.  The grace given in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time.    2 Timothy 1:9
